Congratulations!

Let's get you started!

Quartet Installation:

1. Remove the Lid: Carefully pop open the faceplate/lid.

Best practice: Position the block with the holes facing away from you. Curl your left fingers into the marker block holes, press your palms against the block for stability, and use your fingernails (or a flat object) to pry open the lid from the top-middle where it meets the block.

.

2. Position the Main Block: Place the main block on a flat surface with the open part facing up and the holes pointing away from you.

.

3. Install Marker Caps: Insert the marker caps in your desired color order, ensuring the long side is facing down. Snap them into place.

*CAUTION: Once installed, the marker caps may be difficult to remove. If you need assistance with removal, I can provide a video demonstrating how to do it safely.

.

3. Reinstall the Lid: Carefully reattach the lid, one half at a time. It's a secure fit, so apply some pressure to the last corner.

*Note: if you're having trouble securing the lid, try starting with a different corner.

.

4. Reinsert Markers: Place the markers back into their caps.

Expo Installation

THIN:

1. Insert the Caps: Carefully push the marker caps down into the holes evenly. Glue is optional but can provide extra stability.

2. Removing the Lid: Carefully wedge something in between where the lid meets the block and pry apart. (See Quartet Step 1.)

Best Practice: twist the marker out of the cap when using the block.

.

THICC:

1. ↑ Follow Quartet Instructions ↑: There's just no “long side” of the marker cap.

*Note: If markers are difficult to remove from its caps, they will also be tricky to remove once installed. Gently loosen them before installation.

.

*CAUTION - removing the caps from the THICC marker block may cause internal damage to the cap and the marker will be all wobbly. (Ask me how I know...)

Care Instructions for your Marker Block

PLA Filament Care: Store your markers in a cool, dry place to maintain its integrity and appearance.

Temperature PrecautionAvoid exposing the block to direct or prolonged hear, especially in cars. Temperatures of 150-170°F from direct sunlight may warp the PLA+ material.

Lid Usage: Arbitrary opening and closing of the lid can create friction, which may alter its fit to the marker block. If it no longer fits, message me for a video on how to fix this.

Marker Handling: Please refrain from squeezing the markers together while they are installed in the block. Excessive force along the axis of the print can cause internal damage.

Child Safety: Avoid leaving the product unattended with small children, as the corners can be a bit pointy and uncomfortable. Also, I can't imagine an unattended child with a set of markers is ideal for any parent.

**If you run into any issues with your marker block or lid, please contact me, and I will provide troubleshooting steps. :)

Thank you.
