ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select main Color of the faceplate.
2. Select Color of the accents on the the faceplate.
- Note: specify in customization section if you want different/multiple colors for the text/image/border.3. Will your image be multi-colored? If yes, it's an additional $3 charge that will automatically reflect on the product.
4. Specify Faceplate size (4 or 6) & Custom Text - Your choice, but here's the typical selection:
- NAME/CALLSIGN: printed on the center-bottom of faceplate (HEX). Specify in next section if you'd like a different placement.
5. Any other customization? Here's where we print your creativity into existence! Select (numbers) from the following options or inquire about your own ideas, then elaborate in the text box.
- Image Color: Multi-color/different color than name & border
- Font: Different Type (specify which type & where)
- Format: multiple images/texts on faceplate (specify arrangement)
- Subdued Text: faceplate
- Other

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns. Each product is custom-made, so we do not accept returns.
Refunds. Certain circumstances may warrant a refund, however, hex3Dcrafts is not responsible for damages to products due to mishandling by the shipping carrier or lost packages after the tracking number has shown the package has been handed over to the courier.
- In instances where a refund will be issued, any shipping and handling charges will not be included in the refund amount.
hex3Dcrafts' goal is to provide you with a unique and functioning product that holds your markers.
- If your marker block does not function as advertised, please email Hex and we'll move forward from there.
3D Prints do not always come out perfectly. If you are a perfectionist like me, you'll find this fact very frustrating. There are countless parameters (within and beyond hex3Dcrafts' control) that do not allow every line to be perfectly printed as shown in the computer drafts. Hex will do her best during the post-processing phase to clean up as much as the imperfections as possible.
SHIPPING INFO
Your product will ship within 1-3 business days via USPS first class mail after the order has been fulfilled. This variation depends on the duty day and what missions Hex has to instruct that week. You should receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
