PRODUCT POLICY

All product designs sold on this site are the intellectual property of hex3Dcrafts and are undergoing a utility patent. Do not attempt to replicate any products for personal or commercial use; anyone who infringes on these inventions during the interim period could be liable to hex3Dcrafts for royalties, damages, seizure, or injunction.

hex3Dcrafts does not sell your information. Any information offered by the customer and used on this site is for the operation of hex3Dcrafts solely for professional purposes, i.e. shipping via shipping services, contact directly from hex3Dcrafts to customer, etc.

SHIPPING POLICY

Product orders are shipped 1-3 business days after the custom 3D print order has been fulfilled. All standard orders will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number once shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Returns of custom 3D prints are not accepted. However, please reach out to us via the "Contact" button if you have questions or concerns regarding your order.

REFUND POLICY

Certain circumstances may warrant a refund; however, hex3Dcrafts is not responsible for damages to products due to mishandling by the shipping carrier or lost packages after the tracking number has shown the package has been handed over to the courier.

In instances where a refund will be issued, any shipping charges and Wix payment processing fees will not be included in the refund amount.
